Hey, I’m Caitlyn.

Goal-oriented UX and marketing professional with experience leading small to medium sized design and development teams. I have been embedded on agile product and technology teams while working alongside business leaders to solve complex customer experiences for 8 years. My career has largely been in the healthcare and education industries, but I’ve recently had a focus in the gaming industry.

Recommendations

  • "I had the pleasure to work closely together with Caitlyn on one of our game projects. … Specifically her diligent research and guidance through visual complexity has to be highlighted in this role. Caitlyn clearly knows her craft and is able to iterate through the work precisely and with ease.

As part of that, Caitlyn has from the start onwards been a great contribution to the team, constantly and independently connecting with all its members. I was always very happy about her self-driven collaboration with all disciplines and the interconnected solutions that came from this. It is really a pleasure to work with Caitlyn as part of any creative team."

  • "Caitlyn is one of the most incredible, humble, intelligent, and talented executives I have ever had the honor of working with. Not only does she have an incredible ability to solve complex problems, but somehow, she is able to tackle the largest of projects with grace, ease, and fairness.

Working alongside Caitlyn and bearing witness to her truly amazing ability to prioritize top-line items while still somehow seeing to a large company-wide demand on several web presences at the same time with incredibly limited resources has been astounding. ... Caitlyn wouldn't just be an asset to any organization to which she chooses to give her talents- but, a true cornerstone."

  • "I had the honor of working with Caitlyn in different capacities and settings. I have known her for many years. It has been a pleasure for me to see her growth. When I first met Caitlyn, she was part of the UX Design team in one of the projects we worked alongside. Her ability to develop ideas is a testament to her unique creativity. ... She has a determined spirit. She displays confidence and an exceptional work ethic. She can successfully manage any project she is in charge of."
